Cozy Eggnog


1 cup heavy cream

¼ c sugar

⅛ tsp nutmeg

2 large eggs

1-2 tbsp Vinesation Pure Maple Balsamic



Bring cream, sugar & nutmeg just to a simmer in a saucepan. 

In a blender, blend eggs on low for 1 min. Gradually add the hot cream mixture while blender is still running. Blend about 30 sec. until frothy. Add balsamic and lightly stir to combine. Serve warm. 

Add a splash of brandy for a kick.
