Spinach Salad with Sweet Blood Orange & Raspberry Dressing


12 oz cleaned and dried baby spinach

1/2 small head Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves

3 oz fresh raspberries

3 oz blackberries

5-6 oz canned, drained mandarin oranges

1 1/2 oz honey roasted almonds or nuts of your choice

1-2 oz crumbled goat cheese or any cheese of your choice

3 tbsp Vinesation Blood Orange Olive Oil

1 1/2 tbsp Vinesation Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

Salt and Pepper to taste



Whisk olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper until well emulsified.

Make your salad either on individual chilled salad plates or in a big salad bowl. 

Dress and toss just before serving. Start with 1/2 of the dressing and then add more if desired.
