Greek Salad Dressing

2 Tbsp. Vinesation Dill Olive Oil (or just double the Milanese Gremolata)

2 Tbsp. Vinesation Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Vinesation Oregano Balsamic

Saltwest Smashed Peppercorn to taste (available at Vinesation) or can use salt and pepper to taste.


Pour vinegar and oils into a small cup or bowl and whisk for about a minute until well emulsified.  Drizzle over salad
