Cherry Balsamic Drizzled Bruschetta


Yields: 12 servings.



¼ cup Vinesation Garlic Olive Oil

3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

4 medium tomatoes, diced

2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1 loaf (1 lb) unsliced French bread

1 Tbsp. Vinesation Garlic Olive Oil

Vinesation Black Cherry Dark Balsamic for drizzling



In a large bowl, combine oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.  Add tomatoes and toss gently.  Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Bring to room temperature before serving.  Cut bread into 24 slices brush with 1 Tbsp. Garlic Olive oil.  Toast under broiler until lightly browned. Top with tomato mixture.  Sprinkle with the cheese and drizzle the balsamic vinegar.  Serve immediately.
