Quick and Easy Hummus
Skip a step and use Vinesation Dark Toasted Sesame Oil instead of Tahini (crushed sesame seeds)
1 (15 oz.) can organic chick peas, drained (reserve liquid)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Vinesation Garlic Olive Oil
1 clove garlic crushed (optional)
½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. to ¼ tsp. Vinesation Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
Drain chick peas reserving liquid for later if needed.
Put drained chick peas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt and sesame oil into food processor and blend until desired consistency is achieved adding reserved liquid if needed.
Serve with veggies, pita chips or tortilla chips or side dish for many recipes.
