Baked Butternut Squash with Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
Ingredients
Butternut Squash
Vinesation Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic
Vinesation Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
Pinch of Sea Salt
Cracked Pepper
Directions
Peel and dice the butternut squash, toss liberally with the Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil. Add a pinch of sea salt and a little fresh cracked pepper. Roast in oven for about 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes until tender, golden brown and caramelized. Season with Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic.
Try substituting Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil with Rosemary Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil or Basil Olive Oil.
