Basic Marinade

Ingredients 

1 1/2 c Vinesation Extra Virigin Olive Oil (or any flavored oil)

3/4 c soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

1/2 c Vinesation Balsamic Vinegar (Neapolitan or any other flavor)

1/3 c lemon juice

1/4 c Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp ground dry mustard

2 1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp ground black pepper

1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 tbsp ground cloves (optional)

 

Directions

In a quart jar, combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Season with mustard, salt, pepper, parsley and cloves. 

Shake until well incorporated, about 2 minutes.

Put meat in a large bowl or a ziplock bang. 

Pour marinade over meat and let stand covered up to 3 days in the refrigerator, basting every day or if in a bag, turning over. 

Overnight or a few hours is completely fine also.
