Tarragon Salmon


1 salmon fillet (1/2 a salmon)

Juice from one lemon

3/4 - 1 tsp Salt

1/2 - 3/4 tsp Pepper

2 tbsp fresh Tarragon, minced

1.5 tbsp - 2 tbsp Vinesation Tarragon White Balsamic

1.5 - 2 tbsp Garlic, minced




Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice and balsamic together. Add fresh tarragon and garlic and mix. Pour over salmon. Top with butter chunks interspersed along the length. Bake at 375F until salmon is flaky, about 15-20 min., depending on the size of the salmon.
