Raspberry White Balsamic “Mojito”



  • 1 small sprig of mint
  • 2” long zest of lime peel
  • 4-6 fresh raspberries
  • 1 fluid oz. Vinesation Wild Cascadian Raspberry White Balsamic
  • 2 fluid oz. rum or dry white wine (optional can add more soda or sparkling water)
  • 2 fluid oz. club soda or sparkling water



Muddle the mint leaves, lime peel, raspberries and balsamic together in a shaker or glass jar. 

Fill the shaker with ice and then add the rum/ wine and cover and shake until chilled. 

Pour entire contents of shaker in large glass or wine glass and top with club soda/sparkling water.
