Honey-Ginger Iced Tea

Ingredients

4 c. water
2 black tea bags
3 Tbsp. raw honey
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/8 c. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. Honey-Ginger White Balsamic
3 c. cold water
Lemon and Lime slices for garnish & Ice

Instructions

Bring the 4 cups of water to a boil in a tea kettle. Remove the kettle from heat.

Place the 2 tea bags in a large pitcher or bowl (that is not heat sensitive, rapidly changing the temperature of certain glass containers may cause them to shatter.)

Pour the hot water over the tea bags. Let steep for about 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags.

While the tea is still very warm, stir in the honey until it is completely dissolved. Taste for sweetness and add more honey if desired. Set the tea aside to cool to room temperature. You can speed the process by placing it in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, combine the lemon and lime juice with the Honey-Ginger Balsamic in a small pitcher.

Before serving, combine honey tea, juice mixture and cold water together in a serving pitcher. Pour over ice and garnish with lemon and lime slices.
