Cascadian Whild Raspberry White Balsamic
Juicy, tart raspberry and luscious white balsamic come together in this bright, versatile infused balsamic. Use it in shrubs, sangrias, mixed cocktails, as glaze or make a marinade for poultry, in wilted spinach salad, over fresh cut fruit, to glaze salmon, and much, much more! Wonderful in homemade iced tea!
Pairs well with Lemon, Blood Orange, Persian Lime, Milanese Gremolata, Garlic or any of our UP Extra Virgin Olive Oils or try with our Walnut and Almonds Oils. Try it in combination with other vinegars as well for a wonderfully tart and sweet flavour.
